Prayer for an End to the War in the Ukraine

Lord God,
Your own Son was delivered into the hands of the wicked, yet he prayed for his persecutors and overcame hatred with the blood of the cross.
Relieve the suffering of the peoples in the Ukraine.
Grant them peace of mind, an end to war in their country, and a renewed faith in your protection and care.

Protect us all from the violence of others.
Keep us safe from the weapons of hate,
and restore to our world tranquility and peace.

We ask this through Christ our Lord.

Oración por el Fin de la Guerra en Ucrania

Señor Dios,
Tu propio Hijo fue entregado en manos de los malvados, pero oró por sus perseguidores y venció el odio con la sangre de la cruz.
Alivia el sufrimiento de los pueblos de Ucrania.
Concédeles paz mental, el fin de la guerra en su país y una fé renovada en su protección y cuidado.

Protégenos a todos de la violencia de los demás.
Mantennos a salvo de las armas, del odio,
Y restaura a nuestro mundo de tranquilidad y paz.

Pedimos esto a traves de Cristo nuestro Señor.
